I will not seek to communicate or receive/initiate payments off-site. I will use the tools provided by LunarisX for communication and payments. 

Personal Behaviour

• I will uphold a respectable reputation and act ethically and with integrity.
• I will respect the rights of all Users.
• I will comply with all of LunarisX’s policies.
• I will not abuse confidential and sensitive information nor will I participate in any illegal practices.
• I will have regard for the interests, rights and safety of LunarisX’s Users.
• I will not harass, bully nor discriminate.
• I will not falsify or impersonate my own nor any other identity and I will provide true, correct and accurate information.
• I will not seek to communicate nor receive/initiate payments off-site. I will use the tools provided by LunarisX for communication and payments.
• I will not agree nor advertise to do work that I am incapable of doing.
• I will not request the upfront release of my funds before I have delivered work. We review all orders associated with withdrawal requests.
• I will not abuse the services offered by my hired vendor.

User Content

I am responsible for the content I post on LunarisX and:

• I will not post content that infringes upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• I will not post content that violates any laws or regulations.
• I will not post defamatory content.
• I will not post obscene or pornographic content.
• I will not post content that includes incomplete, false or inaccurate information about any person, product or service.
• I will not post content that contains malware or programming routines intended to damage any system.
• I will not post content that creates liability for LunarisX or harms its business operations or reputation.

Confidentiality

• I will respect confidentiality and privacy of Users and LunarisX.
• I will not disclose information or documents, unless required by law or where authorization is given by LunarisX.

Fraud

• I will not partake in fraudulent activities.
• I will not create more than one account.
• I will not use the Site to transfer funds illegally.
• I will not use the Site to generate false or inaccurate feedback about any person, product, or service.

Spam or Advertising

I will not spam or advertise my website, service, contact or payment details unless otherwise allowed by LunarisX.

Affiliates/Referrals

• I will not refer alternate accounts.
• I will not obtain names from mailing lists, group emails, etc to send unsolicited emails (spam).

Payments

• I will not use LunarisX to facilitate the exchange of money. This includes, but is not limited to, cryptocurrency (e.g. bitcoin, ethereum, etc).
• I will not fraudulently dispute payment for a service or product that has been delivered by the vendor without any issues.
